Edited Issue: Remove BaseClient.EnsureConnection from Doc [1637]

Hi,

BaseClient.EnsureConnection() was removed in this commit https://sshnet.codeplex.com/SourceControl/changeset/22554

But its still part of the Doc.
It should be removed there, too.
