Closed Issue: Server rejects not caught [1252]

<p>Scenario:</p>
<p>User ID does not have exec or shell permissions in sshd on the host.</p>
<p>Client tries to execute command or create a shell using this user ID</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Problem:</p>
<p>Command and/or shell request is rejected by the host, but this does not seem to be understood / caught by the client.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>CreateShellStream just completes ok</p>
<p>CreateCommand (run async) never completes.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
