Commented Issue: BadMessage on write [1302]

<p>When I Write file using large chunks over lan connection the packets sometimes flood the server resauilting with BadMessage with any subsequent call. It can be solved by using CountdownEvent in WriteRequest.</p>

Hi,
Its kinda a old issue but I think I found a bug which could cause this and other SFTP Write related issues.
Please use latest source code version to check if this will fix you problem.
